TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Points Tracking: Your points will be displayed at the end of your receipts and will soon be accessible through our Beautyologist App, currently under development.
Point Values: Points will have a different value, but rest assured, you’ll earn and redeem the same amount as before. Your current account has already been updated with the new values.
Redemption Flexibility: You don’t need to book another treatment to enjoy your points. You can use them for a free treatment or incorporate them into your skin programs for boosted results.
Expiration: Loyalty points expire after 12 months.
Our Thank-you: We have Beauty Miles in place to reward loyalty and hope you continue to choose us for your gift vouchers, skincare, gifts, make-up, home products and soon to arrive ingestible health products.
Booking and Redemption: Beauty Miles treatments can be booked with any team member excluding Sia & Emma. Beautyologist has Dermal Clinicians and Beauty therapists amongst our team who are very excited to treat you. We know you will be very happy.
Limitations: Beauty Miles cannot be changed for other services, can not be transferred to another name, can not be used with our cosmetic nurse or tattooist. Points must cover the entire treatment cost and cannot be redeemed on Saturdays. Points will be forfeited for no-show appointments.
